Helping delivery partners with fuel expenses
We regularly review and adjust offer earnings for Amazon Flex delivery partners to reflect local conditions, such as increases in fuel prices.
Amazon Flex delivery partners across Singapore can access additional fuel savings at participating Shell stations through Amazon Flex Rewards.1 Rewards-eligible delivery partners can save 20% on Shell fuel vouchers using the Shell Fuel Card.2
You are eligible for Amazon Flex Rewards when you successfully complete your first delivery block. With Rewards, you can access discounts such as fuel, dining, lifestyle brands, and more via the Onsi app. Visit the “Rewards” tab in the Amazon Flex app for more information.
If you are Rewards Level 2 to 4, you can also enjoy additional rewards including a Shell e-voucher. Delivery partners at Rewards Level 2 receive a $20 Shell e-voucher, while those at Level 3 will receive a $50 Shell e-voucher. Delivery partners who have achieved Rewards Level 4 status can maximize their savings with a $100 Shell e-voucher3.

1. Participation in the Amazon Flex Rewards programme is subject to Amazon Flex Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions and the Amazon Flex Independent Contractor Terms of Service. To access discounts, you must sign up and create an account with Onsi via the link in the “Your Dashboard” of the Amazon Flex app. Discounts may change from time to time and are subject to availability and qualifying terms of applicable retailers and merchants.
2. Shell fuel cards are subject to terms and conditions here. 20% off is available on Shell Fuelsave Diesel, Shell Fuelsave 95, 98 and V-Power. Each card has a weekly credit limit of $800 and a monthly credit limit of $1,500.
3. To be eligible for the Shell E-Voucher, you must have registered for an Onsi membership by 11:59pm SGT on the last calendar day of the Earning Period. You are only eligible to receive one Shell E-Voucher per Earning Period. The value will reflect the highest Rewards Level unlocked in the Earning Period (Rewards Level 2 at $20, Rewards Level 3 at $50, and Rewards Level 4 at $100). Shell E-Vouchers will be distributed by Onsi and shared within 10 working days of the end of the Earning Period.
