To help you navigate the Amazon Flex package pickup process with ease, we provide resources to help guide you through the steps. This includes checking in, receiving the delivery route with the stops you will make, scanning the packages you will deliver, and loading them into your vehicle. You have access to this information in the Amazon Flex app, including pickup process videos in the “Starting a Block” section of the Learning Portal that you can access at any time. There is also more specific guidance when you arrive at a pickup location for a scheduled offer.

Here are some of the top suggestions to help save you time at our pickup location.

1. Check the Amazon Flex app for delivery station access

The Amazon Flex app will notify you of your specific pickup location at least one hour before your delivery block begins. Helpful details about the delivery station are available in the app when you swipe up on the address while in navigation mode. For your safety, only swipe in the app when you are not driving.

2. Arrive on time

You are expected to arrive at the pickup location by the time your block begins, and you can check in up to 15 minutes early. It is a good idea to check traffic conditions in advance so you can plan your departure time accordingly.

3. Connect to the delivery station Wi-Fi and have your driver’s licence ready

To help ensure you have a good internet connection while picking up packages and the ability to download offline maps, we provide fast guest Wi-Fi that you can easily access by following onsite signage. Keep your driver’s licence ready in case you are asked to verify your identity at any time.

4. Complete photo verification at check in

At check in, you will be prompted to take a selfie. This image will be used to verify that your identity matches the selfie submitted for the Identity Check task during onboarding.

5. Use the Amazon Flex app to locate the packages for your route

After you check in, you will be assigned a delivery route. An Amazon station associate will then guide you on where you need to drive to pick up your packages and the cart of packages assigned to your route.

6. Scan and load packages efficiently to save time

Scan the QR code provided by the station associate to be assigned your route. Once completed, scan the QR code on each bag using the app. This will add all packages contained inside that bag to your route. Then, scan any individual packages not in bags separately. The Amazon Flex app will indicate which packages belong to each delivery stop. We recommend grouping packages in delivery order so that they are easy to access during your route.

If you need help at any pickup location, onsite personnel can assist you, or you can always contact Driver Support through the Amazon Flex app. Thank you for delivering smiles to Amazon customers.
