As an Amazon Flex delivery partner, you can reach your goals and maximise your earnings. From taking advantage of the perks in Amazon Flex Rewards, to planning and scheduling ahead to maximise how much you deliver, here are some ways to get the most value from your deliveries with Amazon Flex.

Take advantage of Amazon Flex Rewards
‍ With Amazon Flex Rewards, you have access to great discounts to make your earnings go further.1 Reach Rewards Level 1 and access 20% off fuel by signing up for a Shell fuel card via the Onsi app.2 We have also added new partner deals to help you save on everyday essentials. Simply purchase discounted vouchers through the Onsi app to enjoy 4% off at GrabFood , 4% off at Grab Delivery, 4% off Dunkin’ Donuts, 9% off at Swensen’s, and 4% off at Miniso.3
You are eligible for Amazon Flex Rewards when you successfully complete your first delivery block. Points are obtained by completing blocks and making (or attempting to make) deliveries. You can view your reward level by visiting the “Rewards Details” screen in “Your Dashboard” in the Amazon Flex app. Starting at Rewards Level 2, you can also enjoy additional rewards including a Shell E-Voucher. Delivery partners at Rewards Level 2 receive a SGD$20 Shell E-Voucher, while those at Level 3 will receive a $50 Shell E-Voucher. Delivery partners who have achieved Rewards Level 4 status can maximize their savings with a $100 Shell E-Voucher.4

Plan and schedule ahead
‍Planning and scheduling delivery blocks in advance can help you secure more opportunities and maximise your earnings. You will receive an app notification when Amazon Flex offers are released. Amazon Flex Rewards also allows you to reserve your favourite blocks with Preferred Scheduling, once you earn enough points to unlock Rewards Level 2. This enables you to set your preferred day of the week and time of day in the Amazon Flex app and start to see “Rewards reserved offers” in the Offers screen, alongside already existing offers. Reward Reserved Offers are based on your preferences and depending on your level, you will have up to 30 minutes to accept these offers. These are available for a limited time to accept before the offer expires.

To access discounts, you must sign up and create an account on the Onsi app. Discounts offered are subject to availability, qualifying terms of applicable retailers and merchants, and may change from time to time. Membership is with Onsi, not Amazon, and is subject to the Onsi terms and conditions that can be found in the Onsi app.
2. 20% off is available on Shell Fuelsave Diesel, Shell Fuelsave 95, 98 and V-Power. Each card has a weekly credit limit of $800 and a monthly credit limit of $1,500. Shell fuel cards are subject to terms and conditions here.

4. To be eligible for the Shell E-Voucher, you must have registered for an Onsi membership by 11:59pm SGT on the last calendar day of the Earning Period. You are only eligible to receive one Shell E-Voucher per Earning Period. The value will reflect the highest Rewards Level unlocked in the Earning Period (Rewards Level 2 at $20, Rewards Level 3 at $50, and Rewards Level 4 at $100). Shell E-Vouchers will be distributed by Onsi and shared within 10 working days of the end of the Earning Period.
